I have been reading of your extensive family tree which has peaked by interest in learning more about my grandfather and his origin. I wonder if he is part of your family history, and/or you might have other information about him, or other Dilgs?
His name was Henry Dilg, born 1/21/186l. He was born in the US, in New York City, I think. He died in NYC on 5/15/41 I know that he died in NY, since I was 4 years old and remember it distinctly since I too was living there. He was married to Grace Huff Dilg, at the time. My father, his youngest son, Charles Arthur Dilg, B. 3/23/00, in NY.
