I found your e-mail by chance. I am a Dilg born in Germany and living in the States. My family lives in southern Germany close to Frankfurt. I traced my line to Theodor Dilg (1805-1861)and Katharina Koch.
I came accross the Gollheim line but was never able to prove a connection. My family, the Dilgs in Germany are not sure about the Gollheim connection, but I do not give up so easy. Do you have a tree on Ancestry?
