Hi I have done a lot of research into the Devonshire family that came from Stoke Poges in Buckinghamshire in England.
I am a New Zealander my great grandfather Joseph was the eldest son of Joseph Devonshire and Jane Connett, he jumped ship in NZ during the mid 1800s, his grandparents left his father and older sister Sophie orphans, but my research has shown there was a large family in the area.
