Looking for information on any of the following mentioned people:

John Halliday who married a Margaret Sommerville on the 17th May 1837 at Old Monklands, Lanarkshire, Scotland. I have no further information on this couple in terms of birth dates or place. To my knowledge they had three children:

John, b 16 June 1839, Old Monkland, d 1857 Old Monkland, aged 17 yrs.
Henry, b 27 May 1845, Old Monkland, d unknown.
Isabella, b 23 January 1854, Old Monkland, d unknown.

Isabella is my ggrandmother and married James Devlin on 4 October 1872 in Shettleston, Lanark, Scotland. James was born abt 1843 in Shettleston, and his parents were Bernard Devlin and Margaret Ford?. I no nothing more of these parents.

James and Isabella Devlin had the following children:

Thomas, b abt 1875, Monkland, Lanarkshire, d unknown.
John, b abt 1877, Blantyre, Lanarkshire, d unknown, passed through Ellis Island 1905 from Bo'ness, Scotland.
Edward, b abt 1880, Blantyre, d unknown, passed through Ellis Island 1904 from Bo'ness.
James (MY GRANDFATHER), b 16 September 1881, Blantyre, married Mary Anne Egan (d 7 November 1930) in Scotland on the 24 May 1910, d 2 April 1961, Falkirk, Scotland.
Henry, b abt 1884, Blantyre, d unknown.
Andrew, b abt 1886, Blantyre, D unknown, passed through Ellis Island 1913 from Grangemouth, Scotland.
Isabella, b abt 1888, Blantyre, d unknown, passed through Ellis Island 1908 from Bo'ness, understood to have married in USA someone of German origin.
Bernard, b abt 1890, Blantyre, d unknown, passed through Ellis Island 1906 from Bo'ness. Courtesy of Barb Hill (October 2001), believed to have married a Emma Weiss in Grand Rapids, Michigan on 12 March 1913.
Martin, b 17 September 1891, Blantyre, d September 1970, CA USA. Believed married a Jean Dawson and had a son called James. Passed through Ellis Island 1908 and again in 1917 from Bo'ness.
Patrick, b abt 1895, Blantyre?, d unknown, passed through Ellis Island 1908 from Bo'ness.

Mother Isabella also passed through Ellis Island in 1908 as a 50 yr old widow. In 1917 living in W Frankfort, Franklin, Ill.
