Looking for info. on George Dellinger probably lived in Ohio during 1954.

This is my problem:
The only info. I have on George is a signed flower card from my mothers funeral on Aug. 7, 1954. The card is signed Mr. & Mrs. George DELLINGER & Mr. & Mrs. Charles ANGELOFF. My mothers maiden name was Thelma Elanor DELLINGER b: Nov. 20, 1917 Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio d: Aug. 6, 1954 Fostoria, Seneca County, Ohio, 1th Spouse George C. FABER & 2nd Spouse Lee Walter AMSTUZ.

My mothers perents:
Carl Earl DELLINGER (went by Earl) b: Oct. 2, 1887 Shenandoah County, VA; d: Jan. 1969 in eather Fremont or Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio; Spouse Viola E. CLOUSER b: about 1893 d: Dec. 6, 1957 Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio. Earl's parents were Ramsey DELLINGER b: 1859 Shenandoah County, VA & Mary B. BARTON b: about 1861 Ramsey & Mary were married Oct. 29, 1882 Shenandoah County, VA.

This is the main info. that I'm looking for:
1. Is George DELLINGER related to Carl Earl DELLINGER?
2. The other name on the flower card is Mr. & Mrs. Charles ANGELOFF.
A. Is Mrs. ANGELOFF a DELLINGER?
B. Or are the ANGELOFF's friends or related in some other way.
3. Any other info. on Mr. & Mrs. George DELLINGER or the ANGELOFF's would be an added plus.
