Theodore DeForest (Mason and Mary Ann Palmer Deforest)

Surnames: DeForest; Weaver
Theodore died July 26, 1917 in Youngsville,PA. His body was sent S.A.B to Philadelphia, which means it was used for medical science, etc. Possibly to Jefferson Memorial. We are not able to find any burial records for him and we are also looking for relatives to Theodore. His wife's name was Mary? Did he live in Texas?
