Mary M. Deemer, age 89,
of Tipp City, Ohio, formerly of Erie, Pa.,
passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at Hospice of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church in Huber Heights, Ohio. Mary is preceded in death by her 1st husband, John N. Matters, Jr. in 1980, 2nd husband, Robert G. Deemer in 2008, her parents, Albert and Agnes Stadler and brother, Bill Stadler. Mary is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Susan E. and Michael P. Skarzynski of Dayton, Ohio; brother, Paul J. Stadler of Pa.; grandson, John M. Skarzynski; step-children, Kathy and Dennis Carr, Natalie and Felix Escano, Bob and LeeAnn Deemer; three step-grandchildren and one step great-grandson; nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Brugger Funeral Homes and Crematory, LLP, 1595 West 38th at Greengarden Boulevard on Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m., and may attend a service there on Monday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. George Church, 5145 Peach St. Burial in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
