My Grandmother, born Sally or Sarah Ann Deckard, on 3/27/98, was the daughter of Perry Deckard and Angelet Hartsook. I beleive that she was born in Vinton County, Ohio. Doe anyone have any information about Perry or Angelet? I'm running into dead ends!
