My Great grandmother was Nellie DeBlock but she was born after 1900 as my Grandmother Tess was born 1924. My grandmother was born in Patterson NJ. I hope that helps

I am looking for Frances Deblock or Frances De Block born in Michigan in either Dec or Nov 1909 to Beatrice De Block.
Beatrice married Kurt Mueller, a 4 time bigamist. Frances would be a 1/2 grandchild in addtion another grandchild of Kurt Mueller by his 3rd wife, Amelia Fehl of Peoria, IL and 3 children by his first wife, Kate Maser of Sutton, NB . I have found Philip Deblock and his family in the 1910 census,Detroit Ward 4, Wayne County, Michigan. Other family members are Bessie 28, Beatice 21, Elinore 22, May 20, Philip 18, Arthur 16 and Frances 5/12. If you have any info about Frances and her family, please let me know.

Hope someone can help me... My G-Grandfather was Joseph DeLaet.He was born Jan 12, 1897in Sint Jansteen, Netherlands, Zeeland. His parents were Henricus DeBlock and Prudentia ? He was married to Marie Leonie DeBlock (my G-grandmother) She was born March 10, 1899 in Stekene Belgium. She had a number of siblings their names are Margaret, Rachel, Augusta and Robert. Her parents names were Adolf Marie DeBlock and Matilde Tierbrood (I'm not too sure of the spelling of Matilde's last name)

Hello,

The name of the father of your G-father was Alexander Johannes Josephus de Block, b. 13 Oct. 1875 (not 1876).
he was a son of Philippus Marinus Dominicus de Block and Froukje Broekman (married 26-11-1874) in Franeker (Friesland) Holland. Phil.....de Block was a brother of Petrus Dominicus de Block my great-great-grandfather. The family has nothing to do with Daniel the Block.

...do you happen to have any record of a Petronella "Nellie" Deblock in your family tree? She was born in 1841 in Holland and married Jacob DeVries in New Jersey around 1861 and they had eleven children. The named ones are Dora, Tine "Tinnie", Mary, Daniel, and John (Phillip). I have no idea who her parents are and thought there might be a link here.
