Harriet Pugh was his second wife's maiden name. Him being John Deaves b.1787, and transported to Australia in 1814.
John Deaves married a Susan Rayner (b.1786 Nayland, Suffolk), before being transported to Australia. Once in Australia he married Harriet Pugh (who I believed was born 01 Oct 1796, rather 86, but I could be wrong). To enrich your information, Harriet died on 18 March 1883 in Cooranbong, New South Wales, Australia.
Harriet Pugh had previously married two men. Martin Grady (b.Abt.1803 in Roscommon, Ireland), and Stephen Parker (b.1790 England, and died 28 Feb 1822 Cockle Bay, New South Wales, Australia).
Harriet and Stephen had three children, Elizabeth (b.3 Dec 1814 d.16 Jul 1870), David Edward (b.21 Feb 1817 d.Apr 1838), and Sophia Jane (b.19 Mar 1819 d.5 Nov 1894).
As for John Deaves and Harriet Pugh's children, I believe you to be correct with all of them. I believe Charlotte died in 1868.
I also have a Vincent T Deaves (b.1845) noted, who I assume must have been James, John or Williams child, but I am unsure of the details on this.
"John died 02 Jul 1850 in Ourimbah, New South Wales, Australia." - I believe this is the John Deaves who was transported to Australia and married Harriet Pugh, however Harriet and John also had a child called John, who was born in 1821 and died in 1888.
I hope this is of use, and would be interested to know if you know any further information.
