I have a copy of a photo of the livery barn that the DeYarmon's had in O'Neill in the 1880's. Any one want a copy? I also have done research on the family, as three brothers, a sister and their mother (step mother) came from Fayette County, Pennsylvania here, and the sister's family member asked for my help.. We have spent three years researching the family. Also found the cemetery where the mother (step mother ) was buried, and Benjamin's little daughter's grave. Also a boy, haven't been able to find his obituary, but the grave is by his grandmother's.
I know that Benjamin took his family to Washington or Oregon area, his obituary was published in our paper when he died, One brother went to Missouri and operated a hotel, his wife was back here visiting her parents when he took ill.

Also, a Dearmont from the Omaha Bee editor line, married a Hazelet, whose father was county clerk, superintendant of schools, etc,in this county. Any one wanting information about this family, let me know.

Hi,
My Mother-in-law is a DeYarmon. Her Grandfather was one of the brothers who had the livery stable in O'Neill. She found your message but didn't know how to reply to your posting. She read your message on 7/22/07. She is 92 and doing well. Uses the computer alot, but not for anything other than e-mail and searching Google. She would dearly love to hear from you, get a copy of the livery barn picture and hear of any details of the family it sounds like you have uncovered. I would too! I'm just newly retired and would like to learn more about how to use the resources available to find out about our relatives. If there is a cost involved for your effort please let me know. My e-mail address is jwillcox@palouse.com . My mother-in-law, Delma,
e-mail address is: delmadw1@msn.com.
Looking forward to hearing from you...I hope you get this!
