Nancy W. De La Mater, daughter of Anson De La Mater and Nancy Weatherby, b. June 6, 1824; went with her parents to Columbia, Michigan, in 1833, where she m. John G. Clark, October 6, 1842. They settled in Columbia and engaged in farming and lumbering to a considerable extent; she d. there in October 1843;
he m. second, Hannah Helen De La Mater, 4th daughter of Anson De La Mater and Nancy Weatherby, March 4, 1845; they are now (1880) living on the homestead of her parents at Columbia, Michigan; they have one child:
Anson D. Clark, b. at Columbia, Michigan, September 10, 1847; m. November 20, 1873, Emma Bartlett, daughter of Seth W. and Phebe Bartlett, of Brooklyn, Michigan. He is a farmer, living on the homestead. Their children, born at Columbia are:
1. Sarah Emma Clark, b. May 15, 1875 2. Anson White Clark, b. February 19, 1877
