I'm trying to find out who the parents of Charles Dawe were. Charles was born in 1856 in Port-de-Grave and moved to Upper Gully where he later married Rebecca Coates. Any help would be appreciated.

I've got George Dawe and Amy "Emma" Tucker according to "LARC". George was born 1821 in Ships Cove, Conception Bay, Newfoundland. He died 27 Feb 1889 in Upper Gullies. Emma was born 1825 in Port de Grave. Charles sibblings were Mary Patience born bef 1846, John born 1846, and George born 1849.
Charles died 13 April 1931.
Charles and Rebecca Coates had nine children. They were Walter, Harvey, Hubert, Wilfred (b. 1896), Maud, Phoebe, Winnifred (b. Oct 1904), Edgar (Nov 1909), and Edith (Oct 1916).

Would you by any chance have any details on the family line for Henry Dawe and wife Maud of St. John's? Henry born March 1881, his mother Frances (don't know her maiden name) was born July 1855 in Port de Grave. I'm trying to figure out which Dawe line I belong to.
