Looking for info on my ggg grandmother, Rachael DAVIS Franklin, born in GA around 1830, married to my ggg granddad, Avery Franklin. Avery died in Point Lookout Prison Camp in 1864. Trying to find out what happened to
Rachael. Before Avery died, he and Rachael had the following children: Asa (b. 1852), Jerome (1853), Josephine (1855), Berry (1857), Paulina (1860),and Brooks (b. ?). All were born in either Edgefield or Aiken SC. Josephine Franklin married Lawrence Berkley Babb and died in Baldwin Co. GA around 1941. Any info would be appreciated.
