I am lookin for the Elvin Danes family from Spring Hill Mountain Kanawha County WV that was married to a Sybel Walton. I found a picture in my Mothers belongings after she died of Elvin and Sybel.

Looking for info on Samuel Isaac Danes b. c.1830 Pennsylvania (farm). Need to know parents. Left for Ohio, then Nebraska, and settled in Hiawatha, Brown County, Kansas. Married Lydia Ellen Blair 1866.

I have a John Dane b. ?, mar. #1, ?; #2, Bridgett Henchman; #3, Annis Bayford. His chil.were Eliz b. 1600/mar. John Howe; Francis b. 1616, mar.Eliz. Ingalls; &John Dane,b. 1618, mar. 638 to Eleanor Clark.
The first Dane is John Dane, b. Roxbury, Suffolk,Ma. and had a son John, mar. 1660 (listed at top) All are from roxbury, Suffolk, Ma; Ipswich, Essex, Ma.; or Andover, Essex, Ma.

My grandfather and his father were from patchogue and he talked about Blue Point alot other than that, there is a Danes St. named after a "Danes" in Patchogue.
