Hi Eveyone. I can't believe I never tried this before...researching my ancestors. The Daigle line is the one I'm most interested in...because my father & grandfather are such amazing people....I missed meeting my great grandfather, Ernest Daigle, by a few weeks.
Anyway, I too am interested in learning more about Olivier Daigle (1643), and our pre-acadian roots. I found a website (in french) for the Association of Descendants of Oliver Daigre. I just wrote them to find out more about the man...in the best french I could conger up. I'll share whatever I find with you. Here's the link to their site.
