Attention to all Dabbs Males, even if your surname is different. My great-grandfather came to Texas and changed his name from Dabbs to Crutcher. My brother did the DNA test kit for me. If you think that you (I'm talking to the men) follow a male to male, generation to generation link with no breaks, just male to male on down the generations, then now is the time to do something. Some of these "chats" are about a lot of the same lines we are researching but we have the surname with an "a" instead of the "o". Now is our time to do a mass DNA testing of the great name of DABBS. We have nothing to loose, but not finding out what is behind our Brick Walls.
