They were John Czubak, born Ill., wife Martha, born Ill., children were: John Jr. and Edward Stanley.

John's parents were: John, born Austria/Poland and Catherine
born Austria/Poland.

Their children were: John, b. 1 Apr. 1896, d. Jul. 1982, Joseph, b. 12 Mar. 1900, d. Feb. 1973, Stanley, b. 24 Nov. 1891, d. Jun. 1967. Marie, b. Abt. 1905, Walter, b. 28 Jan. 1909, d. Sept. 1985, Stephanie, b. Abt. 1910-11, and Peter, b. 18 Jun. 1913, d. Jun. 1996.

Hi! My name is Cheryl Iskrzycki. My husband's grandmother was Rosalia Czubak, born July 27, 1899. Do you have any more information on the family?? I've been trying to research records, but I'm not having any luck.
Anything you can share would be appreciated.

Hi Cheryl,
My name is Jozef Iskrzycki. My father's name is Stanislaw and he is brother of Rosalia's husband Franciszek (Frank).
Rosalia Czubak came near from small city Sedziszow Malopolski, which is located 20 minutes onto west from Rzeszow and 30 minutes onto south there is a village Zaborow the homecity of Franciszek Iskrzycki. You can see this on the maps below:

So far I had made a family tree which looks like this:

http://trees.pl/index.php?load=subsite&id=60253&zid=...

Your husband's grandmother is in 4th line on the left side. In the 3rd line you can see three wuncles Jan (John), Franciszek (Frank), Stanislaw (Stanley), they took your husband's grandfather to the USA. The tree isn't complete because I don't have enough informations.

If you want to response please do it by writing me an e-mail on iskrzycki@interia.pl

Bye for now,
Joe

Cheryl,

I am a descendent of an Iskrzycki. My grandfather was Joseph Iskrzycki. He came from Jawornik Poland and settled in Elizabeth, NJ. He entered the US through the port of NY.

His mother was a Ciuba.

Coincidental.

Do you think there is any connection to your family?

Hey Nancy,
I do not think there is a link with the Czubak's, however I'm sure that the Iskrzycki's will link eventually. I have Joseph Iskrzycki, b. Nov 1899 d. 1965 who died in New Jersey. He was married to Aneila Zybura and also was married to Franciszka Bury, having a ttl of 9 children.
