MANSFIELD: Benjamin Czajka, 96, of Mansfield, Ohio passed away February 4, 2015.

Born July 23, 1918 in Simpson, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Jan and Josefine (Dykas) Czajka.
Ben attended Alliance College and received his MBA from The University of Michigan, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
He worked in Mansfield as a CPA for over 50 years.
An intelligent, humorous, witty, generous man, he enjoyed daily walks at Kingwood Center Gardens until he was in his nineties.
Pops was a big Michigan fan and loved spending time in his garden.
He traveled the world with his family, "the seven dwarfs", and made picture albums from the many photos he took during the trips.

Surviving are his son, Bill (Sandy) Czajka; grandchildren, Ben Czajka, Katie (Jeremy) Howard, and Lauren Czajka; great-grandchildren, Luke and Carmen Howard; and several nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, Ben was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Margaret Louise Karbonic Czajka; three brothers; and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond Street, Mansfield.

Family and friends are invited to visit for one hour prior to the service from 12-1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery.
