Thanks for the reply. My Lineage: Zepherin / Philomene down through Gr. Gr. Grandparents Frank Zepherin Cyr & Vesta Ann Lewis down through Gr. Grandparents Archil Frank Cyr & Lillie Paronto then to my Grandmother Louise Ethel Cyr & her husband Glenn Edward Odell. Glenn and Louise are my mother's parents.
This summer, with the help of my Great Uncle Archil Eugene Cyr, I found Frank Zepherin Cyr's homestead in Mulberry Township, Clay county, Kansas as well as his fathers (Zepherin Cyr) in Cloud county, Kansas. I have not been to Kankakee area. I wasn't aware of the relationship of the community when I was last in the Chicago area.
