I am trying to find out where the family of Thomas Cutbush lived in London around 1900, I believe it was in the Whitechapel area but am not sure.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
thanks and wishes

Hi Jenny-our family has records of a Thomas Cutbush christened on 14th May 1854 at Old Church Street, Pancras, London.Parents were Levinia Cutbush, christened 5th Nov. 1826 at Saint Leonards, Shoreditch, London; and Henry William Cutbush, christened 10th November, 1828 at Saint Leonards, Shoreditch, London. Three other children to these parents - Eliza Cutbush (ch-8/10/1855), Louisa Cutbush (ch-26/2/1859) & Henry William Cutbush (ch-24/5/1860). All christened at Old Church St, Pancras, London. Hope this is on the right path for you. If so, can go back two more generations and obviously forward as well. Let me know some of the forward generations to confirm, if you wish. Cheers, Rod.

not sure how it all fits together Jenny, but found this site just now, which will interest you for sure... http://www.casebook.org/forum/messages/4922/5571.html

the information posted on the South Australian family is from my website www.geocities.com/courtoy2001/haynes but I dont know what the connections were - it was posted by AP Wolf but taken from my site.

I am trying to find AP Wolf or Robert Charles Linford online, but not having any success.

keep in touch just in case we find a connection.

Hi
I have recently started researching my Cutbush daughter-in-law's family, she is a direct descandant of Henry William Cutbush(baptised 21/08/1852).This Henry married Louisa Whereham. The Lavinia baptised 5/11/1826 was Henry's sister
rather than wife.
Henry and Louisa had six children but none were Thomas Haynes Cutbush.
I have heard the story of Thomas being a "Jack the Ripper" suspect but have yet to find where he fits in to the tree.
Regards
Wendy
