ladyraenlore: Your Mary Cushman, b. in Canada West on 3 Jun 1844 is a direct descendant of Robert Cushman of Kent, b.1577, one of the organizers of the Mayflower voyage to New England. She was daughter of William Cushman and Delilah C (Ridder) Cushman. She is listed at page 587 of the Henry Wyles Cushman book, A Historical and Biographical Genealogy of the Cushmans: Descendants of Robert Cushman, the Puritan, From the Year 1617 to 1855: Boston: Little, Brown & Co.1855.
and in the Ontario (Canada) Gen Web Census project (1851 census).
