I am doing research that my Aunt started for the DAR. She mentions a Samuel Cunard a descendent of Thones Kunders that established the first line of ocean steamers which are the Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth Lines.
She shows that Samuel married Hannah Kinderdine and his father was Cornelus Conard and his mother was Priscilla Bolton.
Is this the same Samuel Cunard that was related to you?

My e-mail is barrich@qconline.com

Thank you very much for any information.

Several years ago I purchased at auction a desert/tea set of china. It is marked on the back, below a crown: "The Cunard Steamship Company". Then, written in plain copy are the words: "Grosvenor China Stoniers Liverpool". I am interested in selling it at this time. I have a photograph, but I don't think it can attach here. Please let me know if you want to see the photo and I will email it. I would appreciate anyone there who can tell me more about it. --- Glenda
