Just spoke with my mom, Marilyn Cuiffo, wife of Ray Cuiffo and she mentioned there might be some info out there on our family tree. I can only guess.........and hope, that this Brian, is my cousin, second son of Angelo ( speaking lineage here).
If you are Brian, how you doin'? Hope all is well by you. Last I heard you have re-married and have had a child..congrats!
If the Paul that started this thread, is the cousin, sorry to say, I never met..who is the son of Steve, how you doin'?
If all works out right, maybe, just maybe we can get something started here...to include all cousins now spread out over the country. My family and I currently live in Omaha. My wife's name is Joann, and I have 2 kids, Andrew ( Drew ) almost 13, and Marissa, 8. We named Andrew to honor Grandpa Tony...I couldn't get away with Anthony at the time...wife thought it was too ethnic. Go figure.
Regards to all,
Ross

hi, . I saw your message about your Grandpa "Tony" Cuiffo. I have been trying to locate a old Army friend with the same name. He and I served in Germany. All I know is, he was born in Italy and lived in New York (queens). He got out of the army in August of 1964. He was drafted into the army. I would greatly appreciate if you, or a family member could help me locate him. I guess he is "about" 60 years old now, give or take a year. At the time, I think he had a girlfriend named Susan, don't know much more than that. I wiould really like to find him. Have been trying off and on for the past 30 years or so, without any luck. Thank you larry macolly phone 609-889-9667

Larry,
thank you for responding and for your inquiry. My late grandpa Tony does not fit your description, nor do any of my relatives that I am aware of. My grandpa actually served in the army at the end of WW1. Best of luck to you in your pursuit in finding your old friend.
regards,
Ross

hi. ijust read something about Cuiffo, it mentions someone named Tony Cuiffo". I have been searching since 1965 for a friend with that name. We were stationed in Germany in the Army together. He should be approx. 60 years old now , give or take a year. Last I saw him he was living in New York. I remember he was born somewhere in Italy, and moved to the states. In approx. 1962 he was drafted and served in germany with me. He was released from the Army in the summer of 1964. I remember at the time he was dating a girl named Susan or something like that. If you can provide me with any info on locating him, I would really appreciate it. Thank you Larry Macolly 148 E. Pacific Ave, Villas, New Jersey 08251 phone 609-889-9667

Chris,
who changed your name? I do not know of any of my cousins that have done that....doesn't mean they didn't do it though. Are you, or is your family from NY?

Hello Ross, Yes three years ago when you responded to Paul Cuiffo's e-mail, that was in fact your cousin Brian Cuiffo. I did re-marry to a beautiful woman Susan and have a lovely 4 year old, Angela. She has step brothers Brian Anthony Cuiffo, 19 and Michael Martin Cuiffo 16. I am a sales manager for a steel company in Ohio.
I hope all is well with you . Try to e-mail me when you get a chance.
Regards, Brian.

I has been a long time since I had a chance to review this site. Do you have any information regarding Ewald line? She is related I think through marriage to Dominick. I am the wife of Paul who is the son of Stephen, the son of Dominick.
Thanks. P.S. What region in Italy were they from, Tuscany?
