I am trying to trace the family of a Sarah Ann Cuffe who married an Arthur Quin some time before 1819.Arthur was an Inland Revenue officer and the couple appear to have brought up their children in Kilkenny where he worked It has occured to me that one or both of these people may have been born in Waterford. One of their sons married a Parker from PassagevEast. Can you help?
