Hi I am working on my family tree. I am related to Cuatt's through my great grandmother her name was Ethel Cuatt and I believe she was a sibling to Gussie, Jennie there was a Beatrice, Grace and a brother John. I am trying to find out where they orginated from. I know they lived in the Ossining New York area for sometime. This is really interesting.

Hi Pam,
The parents of Jacob Hays (March 15, 1839-April 19, 1919) were Rosetta Quat or Cuatt and Thomas Hays/Hayes of Furnace Woods/Peekskill/Cortlant, Westchester Co, NY. Rosetta may have had James Hays/Hayes as a second husband. Have you found a Rosetta in the family tree?

My research indicates that Eugene Cuatt and wife Beatrice had 5 children Jennie, Grace L, Eva, Ethel and John Cuatt. This info was found in census records
