I am also researching my Crowder family line. I have Bartholomew Crowder III, b: June 3, 1720 in VA, died: Abt. 1790 in Franklin Co., NC. He married a Ruth. I have their children Bartholomew Crowder IV and Absalom Crowder who married Martha Stacy. (They may have had a John but I only have these two). One of their children was Overstreet Crowder, b: 1786 in Virginia and died Bef. Jan. 1858 in Monroe Co., TN. He married Nancy and their daughter Juda Margaret Crowder was my great-great grandmother. She married Alfred Jackson Saunders. I also have Bartholomew Crowder III's father was Bartholomew Crowder II who married Elizabeth and his father Bartholomew Crowder I, b: 1670 married an Elizabeth also. That's as far back as I know.
