Apparently Perley and my Great Grandfather Henry Breen had a bakery in New York City at 42nd and 8th Avenue circa 1870. I'm interested in comparing notes if anyone is researching Perley.

Perley was born about 1849 in Vermont. His parents were evidently Levi Crosier and Abigal Bassett.

Besides sharing the bakery he and my GGF both married in Manhatten in 1870. Perley married Sarah Shirmer and had two children - George(1877) and Sadie(1880). George may have moved to North Adams, Mass. and with wife Nellie had 4 children: Marie(1904), Marion(1907), George(1908), and Walter(1910)
