Hello- I noticed your posting on the family history
website. Where in Ireland does your family
come from? My part of the Cribbin family
hails from Dublin.

Hello Tim,

I don't know a lot about my family background,
however my grandmother who passed away in 1989
was named Eileen Cribbin, and she lived in Dublin, in
Drumcondra. Her maiden name was
McGlynn. My grandfather's name was Thomas Cribbin,
and he passed away in the 1940's.

Tim, have you anywhere in your ancestry a Tom Cribbin who worked in Co. Kildare and later went to Dublin?

Tim-
I saw your reply to Eileen. I also have Cribbins in Clane. My grandfather(Thomas J. Walsh)'s sister married a Cribbin. I do not know whether her name was Frances or her husband's name was Francis, Possibly they had a son by the name of Francis because the Irish phone directory still shows a Francis Cribbin living at the address we had for his sister who died in 1961 one day before my grandfather passed away. Please email directly because I am new to this sight and not sure I would find a reply!
Thank you,
Marge

Hi to you Tim and all, and what part of Ireland did your Cribbins come from? As you see below I am seeking Cribbins from either Prosperous or Carbury, Co. Kildare.

HI Eileen,
I too had a Grandmother Eileen from Drumcondra. I am 99% sure we are first cousins. Could you be Bill's daughter?
I am currently trying to research the Cribbin/Mc Glynn/Reid/Kelly, and Tracey families.
