Looking for Catherine Creagh in London in 1861 UK Census

I am having trouble finding my gg grandmother, Catherine Creagh, born about 1845 in Ireland, in the 1861 UK Census and would appreciate any help. Here is what I know:

Catherine is listed in the 1851 census at 12 Thomas Street in Stepney, Middlesex with her parents, William and Johannah Creagh, her siblings, Thomas, Elizabeth and Patrick, and a visitor, Mary Walsh, who I think was probably her mother's sister. Also living in the same house were William and Elizabeth Creagh, where were one generation older than Catherine's parents and were presumable her paternal grandparents, their son Patrick, and two male visitors.

I have a couple of death certificates, which also show the family living at 12 Thomas St during the 1850's.

In the 1851 census, there is another Creagh family with a daughter named Catherine and a father named William at 25 Thomas Street. The mother in that family, which is not the one I am looking for, is named Catherine and the siblings have different names than "my" Catherine's siblings.

I have searched the Ancestry.com indexes for the 1861 census, with no success. Does anyone have any suggestions for other strategies for finding Catherine and her family in the 1861 census?

One possibility would be to find whether they are still living at the same address, but so far I have not been able to figure out how to do that, other than paging through large volumes of the census returns.

I know for the US censuses, there are some cross reference indexes available online, which will tell you in which enumeration district and even on what page to look for a particular address range on a given street. Does anyone know of a similar index for the 1861 UK census?
