George Creach was my great grandfather. He married a Eula Freeman. They lived deep in the Ozarks in Arkansas. Eula was half blackfoot indian and half cherokee. From the pictures i have seen George had alot of indian in him also. Have not been able to find out more than this so far. Eula was born in 1910 but family thinks george was older. Does this ring any bells for anyone out there.

Same family? My father was Hollis Creach. He was the 7th child born to Sarah in Georgia when she was reportedly 50 years old. His son, Dewayne, died in Florida at age 25 when his only grandson son Andrew was 6 months old. Hollis lived in Lakeland,Flbefore moving onto a boat near Captiva, Florida. Heis very interested in ocean living. Did you attend Sarah's funeral? Wasn't the live band an interesting touch? There is a possibility that she wasn't really 103 when she died. Back in her day, birth records were sometimes unavailable. She could have simply chosen a birthday as her own when she was older. Hollis owns a bit of land in Ft. Meade, FL where his sister religious Luise and brother-in-law Roy live. They had a son named Rocky and a daughter named Kristina(?).

My father was J.W.Creach, his father was Buck Creach. My father's uncles were Benjamin and John. Buck married Roxie Markle. I met a Eula Creach in Mack's Creek, Mo in the mid 70's where we we were taken to the Creach family graveyard.
Unfortunately, Eula passed away and I never got to talk to her again. I later met someone who's brother had done a family history of the Missouri Creachs but don't know his name or how to contact him. His family had owned or run a general store in Mack's Creek, Mo. I would like to get in contact with anyone in Camdenton or Mack's Creek of the Creach family as Eula told how we were related, but I got nothing in writing and can't remember her information.

My father had one full brother, George. My father is deceased.
I would like to hear from anyone who knows Eula or the person who did the family tree for the Creachs of Mack's Creek. Thanks! Linda Hunter

Hi Joy!!!
I have been so worried not being able to contact you. I have found out some more on Sarah, but J.C. is still elusive.I'm beginning to think he was born in NC, not TN.. I did find out he is buried in a Parker County cemetery. Maybe in Whitt.I found this out through another Ggranddaughter, granddaughter of Tilman and Carrie who lives in Amarillo. Let me hear from you!!!
Love
