I am finally able to type all my info into Family Tree Maker. I have wanted this program for a while, but my computer at the time could not handle it.
I just typed in all the info Dorothy and Rosemary sent me on your family, but I do not have all of it.

You say that James Newton lefted home when he was 7 yr old??? Wow!!! I am desperatly trying to find out who BR was married to before Sarah. That would James Newton's mother. My next step is to write to Tennesse's Vitals and see if I can get it. I recetnly sent away for James Newtons Death cert. I was hoping it would give me
her name ??? Anyway, BR and Sarah were born in Clay County TN on 2.25.1905. I have a copy of their marriage license. I am trying to accumulate marriage, death, and birth certificates to as many relaitves as possible. I am also searching census records. I hope to put together a very simplified book for all int he family who wants it. I have a photo of Amanda Crabtree (BR's mother) Here is Raymond Foster's email address Raymond.Foster@worldnet.att.net He is a very distant cousin and I have posted many photos of gravesites etc. on his site. he will be happy to let you view the informaiton. Let me know what else I can do for you. I sure do wish my father could have seen all that I am gathering. Janet

Are you looking for James Newton's mother??? James was born in Jellico Tn. Bett his sister is buried in New Hampshire and Robert who died young is buried in the Crabtree family grave yard in Barren County Ky (?). I am also trying to figure out what happen to
BR's first wife. Did she die or did they divorce --- I'm thinking seperation was caused by death. Is she buried in TN or did BR bring her home to the family graveyard??? Mysteries, Mysteries. If you find anything let me know.
