Hello, I am my family's genealogist/historian. I just discovered the 11 or more Craber children, the last of whom were born in Eastern Oregon. Original last name was KROEBER, and I have discovered about 8 variations on the spelling, until about 1885 when they began using the CRABER spelling.
The following children (or most of them) were descended my ancestor and her first husband Herman Kroeber who died on his way home from the Civil War. He was born in "Prussia". We have family history on the great-great grandmother back centuries.
Parents: Eugene and Mary Kroeber/Craber
Children/possible children:
Olive Craber, b. abt 1882
Albert Craber, b. abt 1883 (lived in Washington)
