Re: Looking for anyone named CRABB in RI, MA, CT, OH, MI, NY, FL etc.
Where is Kilrenny, Fife??? It doesn't seem to be in any of the locations I mentioned, but I do have some relatives in Australia. I also have a friend who has more info in Australia and California. Let me know where Kilrenny is, and maybe we can trace him. I've got nearly 3,000 Crabb descendants, and my friend has even more.

Re: Looking for anyone named CRABB in RI, MA, CT, OH, MI, NY, FL etc.
Hello Joyce,
sorry, Kilrenny, Fife is in Scotland, not USA. As the family moved to Hawaii and California, and most of their children were born in Hawaii I wondered if you might be some info. I realise California and Hawaii were not in your list of states, but as etc was on the end I thought it was worth a try.
Many thanks, Lorraine

That's why I asked. My friend, Marsha Berry, has quite a bit more info in Australia and Hawaii than I do. I'm sure she has a tree on RootsWeb. If you can't find it, I'll try to connect you two.

Re: Could use some news about the CRABB family
Bess, are you still looking for your Crabb family? I've been quite sick, nearly died in March, and for the life of me, I can't remember if we've connected. I've got info on several Crabb families, going back to England in the 1670s. Let me know what you've got, dates and places, if you have them, and I'll send you any connections I come up with.

Re: Could use some news about the CRABB family
Hello I am Bess Crabb's daughter. I am new to this but very interested in any info about our family history. My father is Winson Darrell Crabb son of William Terrell Crabb and grandson to William Wright Crabb. My mother Bess passed away in March of 2010. She was our rock and our information gatherer. Any info will be greatly appreciated. thank you Tonya Crabb Powell

Re: Could use some news about the CRABB family
I'm intrigued by the Terrell middle name. An ancestor of mine (Mary Ann Crabb) was married to a Richard Terrell who went to Australia or New Zealand around 1855-1861. Family legend has it that he died there but I've not been able to find out anything more about him. It might just be worth swapping notes. Best Wishes Danny
