NJ, PA, MN, WI Joseph Cozad family

I'm researching the descendants and ancestors of Joseph COZAD (1815 - 1859) and his wife, Elizabeth McElvain from Mercer County, PA.
Their daughter Mary COZAD (1841 - 1912), married Jacob WEEKLEY and lived in PA and MN. I don't know where they died but I suspect that it may have been at Pine City, MN.
I have a lot of info that I will share on the descendants of Jacob Weekley - Mary COZAD branch of the family.
The parents of Joseph COZAD apparently were Elihu COZAD from PA and NJ, but I don't have proof of that connection.
Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,
Bob Heck

I find in comments in some information that I am working with that Anthony Cosart, born 1740 in Somerset Co. NJ, had sons Jacob, Aaron and Thomas that changed the spelling to Casad and Samual, the other brother, took the spelling of Cosad which was later changed to Cozad by many of the descendants. Does any one else have information about this change?

I assume you know the history of Henry's brother John Jackson Cozad. It is quite an interesting story. I have some information if you are not aware of his story.
