Hello,
I am researching my Wilson/Trayer line from ILL to Iowa. I have an obit for James Harold Trayer and his surviving wife is named as the former Pauline Coykendall and two daughters. I would love to hear from anyone who can shed some light on who Pauline is or where she went. I believe James harold Trayer is buried at Rosehill Cemetery but I can find no listing for him online.
Thank You,
Marsha

James Harold Trayer
Shenandoah- James Harold Trayer, 40, world war II veteran, who received several blood transfusions from Shenandoah students while a patient at the University Hospital, Iowa City, died here Wwednesday. He had been ill many months. His widow, the former Pauline Coykendall; and two daughters survive. Mr. Trayer is a former employee of Shenandoah hatchery. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at the Episcopal church by Vicar henry Robbins.
As a note: I did find an Albert and Carrie Coykendall buried in Union Cemetery Page Co., Iowa. I do not know if there is a connection.
