Hello.
I am seeking information on a trumpet player from the New Orleans area who recorded on the West Coast in the early twenties.
He was a fine player, and I would like to write an article about him for a jazz magazine here in Australia.
I would be most pleased to hear any facts about him and his life.It is possible that he once visited Australia on a tour ship with a band led by a pianist named Sonny Clay.
With kind wishes,
Tony Standish
