Hi , David cockson , My brother is Paul COckson , OUr father David coskon was born in the bradford area , and OUr Grandfather was Called Leslie Cockson .

Hello Harry,
It appears that John Cockson/Coxon born in 1858 and married to Sarah Greatbatch was my great grandfather, and, as a consequence, you may be one of my relatives. John immigrated to Australia in about 1920 and so did the rest of his children. Sarah's father owned a pub in Burslem, I think, and when he died, she inherited enough money for John to retire at 40 years of age.
I would be interested to hear any news of your relationship.

re david cockson of bradford my father robert cockson is also from the bradford area and has a brother called david cockson im wondering if he is the same one as i havent seen or spoken to him in about 15 years and have no way of contacting him

Harry born 1905 married Agnes Hunter Adam in Paisley, Scotland in 1931. Agnes Hunter Adam was the daughter of Robert Adam and Susanna Banks.
