I'm searching for East TN Cox's. I need to find the parents of Richard Steve Cox (1846-1880) who married possibly a Caroline_______.

I have hit a brick wall.

They lived In Anderson & Knox. Co.,TN.

Known son: Allison Cox (1875-aft. 1950) who married Melissa (Lissa) (1877 - 1930).

Any information at all would be greatly appreciated.
