My grandmother was Elizabeth Cowie.. she was the sister of your grandfather who emigrated to Toronto. She died in childbirth. Her son, my dad, was davie sleigh and when he was a child your grandfather came to Scotland and wanted his nephew to return to Canada with him bu t that wasn't possible. I met Isobel Cowie in Banff and my parents enjoyed a lovely visit to guelph in the 1980‘s. Unfortunately we have lost touch with the family in Canada since my parents' death.it would be nice to hear from you . Elizabeth
