Recently I was able to copy most of the COULTER birth, death and marriage records in the courthouses of both Wetzel and Marshall counties in West Virginia. If anyone would like a lookup in these records please contact me. They begin about 1853.

Vanessa, do you happen to show a John Sebastion or Duard Coulter? These would probably have been born in like the 1900s. Their mother lived in Putnam county later, but I'm not sure what county these men were born.

I have traced my clan of Coulter's back to Washington County, Kentucky. I was wondering if you have any information about a Spencer Coulter coming from WV? He was my ggg grandfather. He was born in the year 1820 and died June 22, 1892. He is buried in Hillsborough Cemetery in Washington Co, KY. I'm trying to trace back further, but I am stuck! Can you help?
