I'm looking for info on John and Jane (Coulter) BENNETT they were from Green Co. PA . They had a son named SAMUEL BENNETT who married ANNERY MAYFIELD in Tyler Co. WV then moved to Ellis in Gilmer Co. WV Sam and Annery had 29 children. Jane Coulter had to brothers John and Jim Coulter, they settled in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. I would like any info. that you may have. I will share what I have.

I know that I can't help you on Coulter's. My Coulter's came from SC. He was born, according to his youngest son, in CT and she in SC. His name was Moses F. Coulter and hers Martha.
Also I don't know if this will be of any help to you on the Bennetts. My gtgrandfather was born abt abt 1841. He is said to have been born in VA. but that portion of the state subsequently change to WV. His name was Henry Harrison Bennett. He ended up in River View, AL and had at least 10 children. It is know that he was married at least one time before and had one child and it is rumored that he may have been married more that that.
I would like to find that he is one of the Bennetts that you are referring to as because as of right now this is where my wall is on this relative.

Sorry I took so long getting back thought maybe I might find more out before writing back, but have not. I think that there might be a connection between your and my family but since I know so little I can not find it yet.I am also at a wall and I'm not having much luck so far.
