for information on Robert C. Coulter born 1838 PA. Marie Coulter born 1807
PA may have been his mother. His first wife was Margaret born 1838 PA and
second Margaret A. (Jones) born 1848 PA.
His children: Margaret J.; Jeanne Hooker; Isaac W. (m. Clara B. Criss);
Ray C. (m Georgia E. Morrison). Prior to 1870, Robert Coulter lived in
Crawford Co., PA and was in the 1870 census of Oil City, PA; the 1880
census of St. Petersburg, PA and the 1900 census of Mannington, WV. If you
can help him, would you contact him direct please?

I've been in touch with Chuck Schroeder through correspondence several times - we're distant cousins - and we have exchanged a great deal of family genealogy. Thanks for your help. Will you please send Chuck a message for me so that he has my response to his recent correspondence ASAP : September trip would be the "best" time to come to PA - I would like to meet with him and his wife when they are in the area.
