My mother's father's name was Otis Victor
Coulter and his 2nd wife's name was Grace
Mary Wilson. His father's name was Victor
Shaw Coulter and he was married to Catherine
Elizabeth McIntire. They were all from
Marshall County, West Virginia. Victor parents
were Freeman Coulter and Samanitha Clark. If
