Still looking for information on my grandfather, Ethel Coulter. Lived in Casey Co., Ky at one time. Married Minnie Pearl Garr and had 5 children. Names of children was Willie, Homer, Vernon, Samuel, & Josephine. He died in 1971 while living with his daughter in Stanford, KY. Minnie died in 1964.
