I am seeking information on ANDREW and MARY COULTER. They were married in
Monroe County, OH. Andrew is the son of Andrew and Phoebe COULTER. In 1860
they are living in Marshall County, WV and by 1880 have settled in Putnam Countynty, WV. Andrew and Mary had a daughter, Phoebe Jane COULTER who married
my ancestor, John Daugherty, in Putnam County, WV in 1879. Other children
of Andrew and Mary COULTER included: Martha, William, David, Ulyses,
Elmore, Hanson, Avery and Henry.
