Searching for anyone who may have information on Colenel James M. Cornes. He was born in PA but served in the 8th VA Calvary during the Civil War. He was married to a Glasgow in Altoona PA. They had two sons that I know of: Hiriam and Thomas Jefferson Corns. J. M. after the Civil War moved to Shreveport, Louisiana and owned a lumber mill. He died and is buried there.
