My name is Mike Morelock. My Mother's maiden name was Cord. Her father was Charles Cord., I never knew him. He died long before I was born. He was from a place called Cuba, Illinois(I bekieve that is correct). He would have been born around 1880. He married my Grandmother Maude Goldwire...she was from near Albany, Georgia. They lived in New Orleans. I do not know when he died...she died in 1966...To my knowledge, my Grandmother had no sons...I know almost nothing about his family except I am told that his Mother and Father were from Ireland..his Mother's maiden name was Elanor Kelly and she was from County Cork. She was supposed to have been a very tiny woman, so much so in fact, that most people thought she was my Great Grandfather's daughter..not his wife.
