My ggrandfather was Lindsey Thomas Copass. His daughter, my grandmother, was Versie Copass and she married Hascal Parsley. Any info before Lindsey would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you!

cheryl_copas@juno.com has written a wonderful book on the history of the Copas/Copass family. My line is from Anna Keen and William Copass's 12th child Anna Copass who married Washington Mcpeak and they lived in Monroe, Ky. I would sugguest you contact Cheryl as she will share the information she has on your Copass line.

The above is VERY wrong, please disregard. I'm not sure who you are Linda, but as a grandchild of Versie and Hascal, if you know Ron, he has an extensive history already put together from what I understand. Shelley, I am unsure about the rest of the info you put above but you have my GGGrandfather married to my GGrandmother up there and his sister as another wife? Kind of left a bad taste in my mouth when reading lol... just not sure that's ever been legal :)
