Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before the judge or, in his absence, the clerk of the district court for Stevens county, at Colville, Washington territory, on August 8th, 1888, viz: Charles F. Conrady, who made homestead entry NO. 4820 for the SW 1-4 SE 1-4 sec 32 t'p 33, and N 1-2 NE 1-4 and se 1-4 NE 1-4 of section 5 township 32 north, range 40 EWM.

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and cultivation of said land. viz: Nickolas Powers, Nobaird Dupuis, Geo. F. C. McRea, of Chewelah, and John U. Hofstetter, of Colville, and all of Steven's county, Wash. Ter.
